How to Request Policy Changes
Our online Policy Change Request process is available 24/7, every day of the year via our web site, or you can call our office to talk personally with your Client Service Manager.
- Request Policy Changes using the policy specific Request Forms listed below. A Client Service Team member will review your submission and get right to work on your request or get back to you to discuss the next step in preparing your documentation.
- If the online approach isn’t your thing, just let your Client Service Manager know you need something and they’ll make sure it gets processed right away.
- Let us know if we need to review the insurance specifications in your contracts and leases to ensure you are in compliance with the requirements. If we spot any deficiencies then we’ll let you know in case we need to review options to change your insurance program.
