Equipment Policy Change Request
An Equipment Policy Change can be requested when adding or deleting equipment.
To request an Equipment Policy Change from IRMS, please complete this form and click “Submit”.
If you need assistance, please contact your Client Service Manager.
Policy Changes become effective when we process an Endorsement Request with your insurance company. When that is accomplished, you will receive an email from our office confirming your request has been processed and a Policy Endorsement is being issued.
