How to Report a Claim
It helps to have the following information ready when you submit a claim.
- Policy Number.
- Named Insured’s name and address.
- Date of Loss.
- Details related to the claim.

IRMS Reporting: Our online Claim Reporting process is available 24/7, every day of the year via our web site, or you can call our office to talk personally with a Business Insurance Claims Advocate.
